And an academic committee and a teaching guide board consisting of those senior specialists are also established, to give suggestions to the operation of the School. The School adopts a fascinated way of management, and the vice-deans and dean assistants are under the immediate leadership of the dean. A synthesized office has been founded to take charge of all kinds of administrative affairs in a unified and centralized way, and to offer administrative support to the operation of the School. The School puts emphasis on the construction of the informatization of the management, thus making the management more scientific, which contributes to the efficient operation and steady development of the School.
